2008 June Collard School Girl's Conference
Date: Tuesday September 29 & Wednesday September 30th, 2009
Location: Sunnybrook Park, Toronto
Festival Dates/Times/Cost:
Cost: $150.00 per team -EACH TEAM MUST PROVIDE ONE GAME BALL AND ONE UMPIRE FOR EACH GAME
Tuesday September 29: (1st 20 teams accepted)
Wednesday September 30: (1st 20 teams accepted)
NOTE:FHO will not be offering a competitive/tournament division this year!!
Parking: -FREE for cars and school buses
Merchandise Sales: -FHO will NOT be selling merchandise at the event
Food & Beverage: -Pack your lunch and plenty of beverages as there will be NO food vendor sales
Local Hotel Recommended: -Ramada Plaza Hotel – 1 – 800 – 567 – 8500
First Game Time Each Day: -9:00am
Last Game Time Each Day: -4:30pm
Sport Therapists: There will be first-aid on site
Schedule:Coaches will receive the tournament schedule on Wednesday September 23, 2009

Technical Officials Course
Date: November 7, 2009
Location: To be determined (probably a hotel in Mississauga)
Time: 10:00 am to 2:30 pm
Cost: Members $75.00, Non-Members $150.00
This is an introduction to the roles of various technical officials that are needed to ensure
field hockey events run properly. Lunch is provided and the course is open to anyone interested
in being a technical official at field hockey events.
